Otisville is a small town located in Genesee County, Michigan. It is part of Forest Township, and was originally a lumber town. The Francis Otis family owned a large amount of land in the area. When the census was taken in 2000, the population of Otisville was 882. However, it was a fairly spread out population. There were 343 households in the village. These included married couples, singles and non-families. Of all households, the average size was 2.57, with the largest group of householders being married couples.

In 2020, the population of Otisville was 947, a decrease of nearly 10 percent. The area has seen a moderate growth in the past decade, with home appreciation reaching 6.8 percent. Otisville is known for its affluence, largely due to its proximity to Flint, the birthplace of General Motors. While the average age of the city’s population is 42, it has a relatively youthful population. Among the younger inhabitants, 25-34-year-olds make up the majority.

The best time to visit Otisville is in June. January is the least comfortable month. Fortunately, there are a few places in the area where you can find houses with pools. Whether you are looking for a place to relax or a place to hold a business event, there is a home for you in Otisville.

Otisville, MI is a small but growing community in Genesee County. There are several businesses and stores in the town, and many retirees and commuters from Flint call this town their home.
